Let's hear it for Mesquite, almost 15 years old, and still overseeing all the activity in my studio. This morning, I opened the studio window for the first time this year, to give you an idea of how unfavorable the weather has been this spring. Mesquite liked what he saw, and immediately jumped up on the window sill to sniff the spring air. He may be aging, but he retains his interest in art.
